The celebration of a New Years is celebrated throughout
the world. Each country, culture and religion have different ways to
celebrate this holiday. I addition, since different cultures also
follow different calendars, their New Year's celebrations fall out all
through the year. In many cases it has a religious significance -
but there is usually a celebration or festival associated with the
occasion.
New Years Eve is a time for
partying. To celebrate the past year and hope for the year to
come. The exchange of gifts is not traditionally part of this
celebration (in this country) - but there are many parties we go to where
we need to bring a gift or two. On these occasions, think about the
festivities of the night at hand as well as the year to come.
